Scratching! Biting!
Hissing! Plotting!
These are the idiosyncrasies of cats.
Why do they do what they do?
Me, I don't know, nor do I care,
but they are intriguing, these
felines, elegant, attractive,
seductive, yet deadly. We chase
the, scratch their noses. They purr, smile,
then scratch your nose off.
Still, everyone likes a pussy
cat, even those that try to
run them down, or God forbid,
hit them with ye old rake!
